1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, the Licensor hereby grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software (the "Software") for any purpose, under the following conditions:

2. Revenue Limitation
If your project utilizing the Software generates revenue exceeding $200,000 USD per year, you must obtain a separate commercial license from the Licensor. This separate license will outline the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the Software in such projects.

2.1 Revenue Calculation
For the purposes of this License Agreement, revenue shall be calculated based on gross income generated from the project that utilizes the Software, excluding taxes, refunds, and discounts. You are responsible for maintaining accurate records of your revenue and providing such records to the Licensor upon request.

3. Permissive Use
For projects generating revenue of $200,000 USD per year or less, you may use, copy, modify, and distribute the Software without any additional restrictions, provided that you comply with the following conditions:

3.1 Modifications
You are permitted to modify the Software to suit your needs. However, any modifications made to the Software must not misrepresent the original work or its authors.

4. Attribution
If you modify or fine-tune the Software, you must provide appropriate credit to the original authors of the Software. This includes, but is not limited to, citing the original work in any documentation, README files, or other materials associated with your project.

4.1 Citation Requirements
Attribution must include:
- The name of the original authors.
- A link to the original repository or source of the Software.
- A copy of this License Agreement, or a reference to it, in any distributed materials.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Licensor makes no representations or warranties regarding the Software's performance, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You acknowledge that you use the Software at your own risk.

7. No Responsibility
The Licensor shall not be responsible for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to any claims related to intellectual property infringement, loss of data, or any other damages incurred as a result of using the Software.

8. Legal Protections
This License Agreement does not grant you any rights to use the Licensor's name, trademarks, or other identifiers without prior written permission. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Software or your violation of this License Agreement.

9. License Modifications
The Licensor reserves the right to change this License Agreement at any time without warning or notification. Any updates to the License Agreement will be posted on the official model pages. Small changes to the License Agreement will not affect the version of the License.

10. Termination
This License Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

11. Governing Law
This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Acceptance
By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Software.
