Model weights for NAMFHQ-V2 model to be used with StyleGAN2.

Note: these weights are only compatible with the "Rosinality" StyleGAN2 implementation (the https://github.com/rosinality/stylegan2-pytorch), though renaming the layers should work with the original implementation.
