Add pipeline tag and library name

This PR adds the missing `pipeline_tag` and `library_name` to the model card metadata.
The `pipeline_tag` is set to `image-to-text` based on the model's functionality as described in the paper and demonstrated in the provided code example. The `library_name` is set to `transformers` given the use of the `transformers` library in the example code.
