This is a GUI interface for the CM3D2 tool. This tool is inferior in every way to the Sybaris Arc Editor and is meant to only be used if you can't or/and won't use Sybaris Arc Editor.

To make it work simply place it in the same place the CM3D2Tool application is found and done.
