103b vs 120b

Could you please explain the difference between 103b and 120b?
Different mixes of models and also # of layers. You can check the config.yml files in each repo to see what models I used in the merge.
@nsfwthrowitaway69 Do you personally have any direct comparisons between the two? I'm going to try them myself of course, but I'd like to know your opinion.
@heWheelsOnTheBusGI don't have any sort of scientific comparison I've done. I can tell you that 120b v.12 is, in my opinion, the smartest model out of all the merges I've done.
