Have you already tried creating version 103? Does llama 3 allow this? And if so, how much "smarter" will 103b be than 70b, if I understand it correctly, it's just copying the same model. Sorry to bother you.
I haven't tried making a Llama 3 frankenmerge yet. In theory it should be possible, and that might be my next experiment.
