Development (MoFPED) highlighted that, despite the reforms introduced by Government to mitigate against persistent supplementary requests for additional funds to cater for wage shortfalls, there has not been significant results and yet expenditure on wage is a substantial percentage of all RRH budgets. The Hospital  \ncurrently operates at 16% staffing level.  \n2.2 Validation of employees on the RRH payroll  \nI advised the Entebbe RRH had 164 employees on the IPPS/HCM payroll of Accounting Officer which 161 (98.2%) were fully verified, 01 (0.6%) not verified, to:  \nand 02 (1.2%) did not show up.  \ne Use the verified In addition, 04 individuals who were fully verified had not \npayroll as a basis accessed the payroll by end of June, 2023.
