Modify Kill Scaling Calculation to Remove Minimum Bound

Adjust the kill scaling factor calculation by:
- Removing the minimum bound check for kill scaling
- Directly dividing kill predictions by raw kills sum
- Maintaining the existing minimum bound for death and assist scaling
