Add GitHub Actions workflow for syncing to Hugging Face hub; update README title for clarity

Add query parameter to tune the page for minimal UI, for embending into a blog post. Currently, the embeded iframe mentiones the same post in the embend, taking up too much uneccessary real estate. Also, only open in new tab when not an IFRAME
