LM5017: Can UVLO pin connect to GND while measuring the shutdown current ?

Part Number: LM5017 The datasheet say " When the UVLO pin voltage is below 0.66 V, the regulator is in a low current shutdown mode ". So can we connect the UVLO to GND for measuring the shutdown current ?
