After completing my Master's in VLSI CAD software design from Syracuse University, I worked for four years as an R&D Software Engineer at Intel, Santa Clara. In 2011, I relocated to Vadodara, Gujarat where I co-founded CTViews, an e-commerce platform offering reviews, food menus, and event updates for city residents. Unfortunately, due to limited internet usage, resources and my focus on our upcoming family hospital project, we had to shut down the venture. + +In 2012, I pivoted to the healthcare sector, assuming the role of Administrative Head at my family-run hospital in Vadodara, Gujarat. Under my leadership, the hospital transformed from a 50-bed setup to a 100-bed multispeciality institution. My key focus areas included process streamlining and obtaining necessary accreditations for superior patient care and operational excellence. + +Between 2017 to 2019, I orchestrated yearly health expos in Vadodara, collaborating with multiple local hospitals to enhance public health awareness. These events gained traction, leading the Times of India group to propose joint ventures. However, COVID-19 forced us to put these on hold for three years, though we aim to revive them this year. + +In 2021, I launched MedTogs Healthcare Apparels, an e-commerce platform providing premium uniforms to healthcare professionals in India. Currently, MedTogs thrives under the mentorship of NSRCEL, the esteemed startup initiative at IIM-B. In 2022, I also had to opportunity to be mentored by esteemed IIM-B professors under the GS10K Women entrepreneurship program. Presently, MedTogs incubation at NSRCEL plays a pivotal role in nurturing my company and my growth and overall success. I feel, through mentorship of other women, I can add some value to the women community and help in their growth.
