After completing my B.Com, M.com and Masters in Business Management and then pursued a career in banking which broadened my horizons. +It then led me to my first start up Add Advantage, we were distributors of Cad and cam softwares. The company was wrapped up in 2019 when the parent company opened their own office in India. All aspects of business was managed by me. +I had also co-founded 2 more companies-The Aec Associates & The Global Associates which now cumulatively employ more than 200 team members. +As a co-founder she has always been involved from the incubation stage. I have represented my companies on nation level platforms like Silicon India. Under the auspices of Ficci, she underwent the Mentorship course from Virginia University, U.S. Thereafter she has guided young entrepreneurs in varied fields like Retail,Manufacturing,Education. +As a mother of a 10 year old girl she has learnt a lot of patience and perseverance. +Off work, She likes to read mystery books, write business blogs, bake and enjoys gardening.
