I am working with the Farmer producer organisations in the tribal district of Odisha. the major focus of my work is to make these institutions self sustainable. Hence my work starts from capacity concept sharing at farmer level, capacity building of CEOs and board of directors around accounting, finance management, HR management. I am also involved in selecting the crop for the area, finalise the commodity looking in to the farmer suitability, agro-ecological compatibility and market lucrativeness. I am also looking in to value chain study of locally available products, conduct market study for the product and make successful deal with the market player. in addition to the above responsibility legal compliance of these farmer producer organisation in one of my interest area. +In addition to the above I am also involved in promoting entrepreneurs whose business compliments to the business of farmer producer organisation. I help them finalise their business plan and revive the business plan to task time actor matrix, for smooth implementation of the plan. +additionally I am involved in developing financial manual, accounting procedure, Human Resource management manual for the FPO.
