I am a Senior Partner at Saraf and Partners with over 25 years of professional experience in the areas of corporate laws, Technology, Privatisation, Disinvestment, infrastructure and real estate. I am also on the Management Committee of the Firm. + +I bring with me the experience on both sides of the table - that of an external Consultant having worked in leading law Firms and heading the privatization, disinvestment and the IT Sector vertical therein; and that of a General Counsel, heading the Legal and Secretarial Department of the Indian subsidiaries of Perot Systems Corporation, USA (a Fortune 1000 Corporation). In my capacity as a Head of Legal, I was in-charge of the legal and secretarial work for not only the Indian Company but also the 20 subsidiaries of the Indian Company established in different parts of the world in North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific region, including Japan, Hong Kong, China and Philippines. I was the lead counsel for the Asia-Pacific region and was on the Board of the Indian Subsidiaries of Perot Systems. In addition to rendering strategic advise, I so handled contract negotiations across the globe including attending arbitration proceedings in Australia. + +I was recognized by the International Who’s Who Society for having demonstrated exemplary achievement and for making distinguished contribution to the Business Community. I also featured in BW Legal World’s 100 Most Influential Women 2023 list under the category “Legacy Builders of Law”.
