Mr PK Josep's Career journey began after obtaining postgraduation, M.A. (Specialised in Youth Guidance & Counselling) from Madras University, followed by MBA from Stratford University, USA. Additionally, he is a University of California certified Global Career Counsellor. He also holds both a Green Belt Certification in Career Counseling from Univariety, Hyderabad and a Certified Career Analyst certification from Edumilestones, Bengaluru. His rich educational background, combined with diverse experience in education sector, as Director (Education), with DLF Ltd & DLF Foundation has shaped him into a well-rounded professional in the realm of Psychometric Career Testing, Career Coaching and Counselling. He led the company’s pan India flagship CSR Programme, ‘DLF Cares - Nurturing Talent Programme”. Simultaneously, he also held honorary position as Director-Cum School Manager, Ridge Valley Sr Secondary School, Gurugram and SBM Sr Secondary School, Delhi for over 5 years. For over a decade, he has been leading a large team of Professional Career Counsellors and guided over 5000 students at school, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels from various cities in India. He brings immense international experience, obtained from his youth work in over 18 countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, and America. Mr Joseph founded the educational venture, CareerSpotters Global Pvt Ltd to be able to “maximize avenues for successful careers” for thousands of school students, graduates, and young professionals. His excellent work in Talent Nurturing has been recognised vide several awards by various business and educational associations.
