+ SOLO 15 is the name of the new offspring and visually reminds of the great role models with the B 200 - 6 OHM.
+ However, this design proposal includes a matching designed foot to lift the loudspeaker to the correct listening position.
+ This has no influence on the acoustics and can therefore be adapted in length according to the circumstances at home.
+ The SOLO 15 is very well suited for people, for whom the maximum volume plays a rather subordinate role, but who want to achieve an exceptionally high sound level.
+ A 10 cm loudspeaker is simply not able to generate such a large sound pressure level almost unfiltered.
+ However, this does not mean that the SOLO 15 sounds weak.
+ On the contrary, she is remarkably mature and extremely impressive and accurate for her size.
+ The SOLO 15 was tuned to a light high note.
+ This is common practice for broadbanders in order to optimize the strongly increasing bundle at high frequencies.

+ As with all our kits, it is advisable to think about the final appearance of the loudspeaker at the beginning in order to include appropriate changes in the construction.
+ If, for example, you want to veneer the housing, the lowering of the loudspeaker must be adapted accordingly, since the veneer adds material again.
+ After all the plates have been cut (e.g. in the hardware store), you should first drill an 8 mm hole in the base plate at the appropriate location in order to be able to pass the cable through there later without any problems.
+ With the help of a milling machine, the speaker opening in the front is now followed, so that the B 100 - 6 OHM can be used later in a neat way.
+ On the rear side, this opening should be provided with a 45 ° phase to make the opening surface of the loudspeaker chassis inside as large as possible.
