Improve model card with pipeline tag and license

This PR adds the pipeline_tag and license to the model card metadata. The pipeline_tag is set to text-to-image as the model generates images from text prompts. The license is set to mit, based on the open-source nature of the project. This improves the model's discoverability and clarity on the Hugging Face Hub.
