OuteTTS Version 0.3 (Better Chinese)

This release fine-tuned the taiwan accent chinese TTS.

Taining datasets:

Mozilla CV 16.1 (zh-TW, down_votes is 0)
A small amount of data generated by JackEllie/ellie-Bert-VITS2, for better performance

Inference Providers NEW

This model is not currently available via any of the supported Inference Providers.

The model cannot be deployed to the HF Inference API: The model has no pipeline_tag.
