Add Diffusers weights

Add Diffusers weights converted from checkpoint rachelwalker.ckpt in revision c224b53728091fefa0eb45c7b8fad4e9f66b7b5f
So that this awesome style can be used with the Huggingface Diffusers library.
mmm, not sure it worked as no new files in PR but this is the tool I ran (which has worked fine on my own repos/models): https://huggingface.co/spaces/anzorq/sd-to-diffusers
