为何Qwen从1.5开始基本都是Instruction模型

Qwen早先的时候除了base模型就是Chat模型，比如Qwen-72B-Chat模型，但是从2.0开始就都是Instruction模型而非Chat模型了，这有什么特殊原因吗？
