Update model card: Add library_name and update with latest information

This PR adds the library_name to the model card metadata so that the "how to use" button appears. It also updates the model card with the latest information from the Github README, including the release of miniFLUX checkpoints, training code, and multi-GPU inference support. The videos have also been updated to use the videos in the Github README.
