This PR improves the model card, by:
- setting the library name, which enables the "how to use" button at the top right, making it easier for people to use your model;
- making sure the model can be found at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=text-generation&sort=trending;
- adding
pipeline_tag.
