This is the original Vicuna deltas, applied to Llama 7B?

I wanted to confirm that this model is the result of merging the Vicuna deltas from https://huggingface.co/lmsys/vicuna-7b-delta-v0 with the original Llama 7B release, eg from https://huggingface.co/nyanko7/LLaMA-7B?

I'm just double checking that using this model would give exactly the same result as merging the Vicuna deltas myself?
