meta-llama/Llama-3.2-1B · Requesting access to this model

Hi, I have requested access to this model, but for some reason my request was turned down. I am not sure why. As you can see from my HF profile, I am a professor of Economics at Northwestern University, and would like to explore academic applications of LLMs including llama models. I would like to start by "playing around" with llama-3.2-1B because it's small and I hope to be able to run it on my laptop. Please lmk if I should be using a different llama model instead (in case that's the reason my request was turned down).
