I am also looking for this, particularly to run on a Surface Laptop 7 with only 32gb (the most I could get). Microsoft is taking far too long to make their WinAppSDK 1.6 Phi Silica genAI bits available. This whole Qualcomm AI thing will be a bust if we can't actually use it on the local hardware.
