Help on Importing to Discord

Hello! I'm trying to make a discord bot, and have managed to make it through with minimal coding knowledge but have gotten stuck on importing the bot to discord. Can I have some help please? I think the code might be outdated, becuase I'm struggling. (Also emailed r3dhummingbird)
