It’s like someone handing you a “free” sandwich but carving their initials into the bread first. If you’re putting out open-source tools, either trust the license you slapped on it or don’t release it at all. Sneaking in watermarks feels more like insecurity than a form of protection.
You’ve got the wrong instinct—if it’s free, don’t paint it with invisible “property of…” graffiti. It’s supposed to be empowering, not patronizing.
@eugenc33 if you don't like it don't use it, this is open source software voice cloning is very powerful tool and you are not the only one who is using this , there are ways in which this can be used in a wrong way to do fraudulent activities , if you are doing something similar then it'll be issue for you otherwise it's all fine.
