what's the minimum spec to make a video that is generated on this space?

Asking just out of curiosity, because i'm not so satisfied with 1.3B one and 14B takes eternity on my consumer grade computer.
I'd be happy if I can make the quality I see from this Hugging Face space - even if it would take 1 hr or more per video
This space stopped working a long time ago, even when it starts generating it will continue beyond 100% to reach hundreds or thousands percents and never complete the task.
Too bad, the quality/resolution on this is way better than any other
