Loading model fails

Loading model fails with message:
"InvalidStateError: The session cannot be created."
I installed Canary on a Win 10 desktop and set flags what described here:
https://huggingface.co/spaces/Xenova/experimental-built-in-ai-chat
and also updated Optimization Guide On Device Model,
then restarted Canary.
