Print issue of name in the Certificate

My first name is 'Dinakara Prasad' and in the generated certificate the letters 'in' together are not printed and left as blank for some reason (may be because of special word). It is getting printed as 'D akara Prasad'. Need some help to fix the issue or point of contact who can help.
