Offline: after installed, no network is needed at runing
Fast: Rust + Parallel
Easy to use: exactly same public api as evaluate pkg
Multi language support: rust, js/ts, python(all of them use same core implementation)
Same result: do many property tests(by hypothesis) to make sure the results generated by bleuscore is same as evaluate implementation.
