Inconsistency with Information Retrieval from OneDrive
Hi everyone,
I'm encountering a consistency issue with the Hugging Chat Assistants when trying to retrieve information from a .txt file which I uploaded to OneDrive and granted the most permissive access (anyone with the link can view it).
To give some context, I've included the link both in the specific web search sources and in the assistant instructions. The instructions are as follows:
"Navigate to the defined source 'https://dauam-my.sharepointXXXXXXXXX' and then answer the question using the information you find."
The issue is that sometimes the system successfully retrieves the content from the file, as shown in this screenshot:
*To test the retrieval, I added some plain text information about the Community Tools to the file.
But other times, it seems to only read the file title and gets stuck there, like in this case:
Any idea how to make the information retrieval process more consistent?
