Motion interpolation and random glitches codecs?

I am curious if if is possible to make cool glitches via just prompting? I tried motion interpolation using random frames, it does not understand it.
I wonder also if there is ffmpeg "codecs" that could be added to make glitches effects.
Can maybe start providing list or query of what can be asked and cannot be asked?
