Hugging Face Subscription scam question
Hi everyone,
I'm new here and was hoping to get some help or insight.
I recently subscribed to Hugging Face because I was interested in the "Image to Texture with MV-Adapter" service. It initially showed a message saying I didn't have enough zeroGPU credits, so I purchased a membership to access it.

Now, even with the membership and credits being deducted, the service doesn't seem to be working.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Is this a known issue, or am I missing something?
Also, is there a way to request a refund for the zeroGPU credits if the service isn't available?
I really want to believe in Hugging Face, so I'm hoping this is just a misunderstanding on my end and not a scam subscription.
Thanks in advance for any help!

My opinion is its the creator of the Space that hasn't bothered to fix whatever issues it has .
I too paid for a Pro Subscription and felt like its worthless.
Even if you paid, this doesn't guarantee you'd get any kind of good service, if the creator of the Space is incompetent, well that's just too bad and you wont get any refund for errors.

This, basically.
HF is not, sadly, a business model suited to actual artists and indies looking to use these tools in an industry setting.
The fact you have to pay for "compute time" where the result may not even be delivered, let alone be of usable quality, makes this platform really only useful as a test bed for new emerging software. It's still highly technical in nature, which can be frustrating when there's so much good stuff here artists could potentially use, but can't due to the technical hurdles they require.
I spent all day on Wednesday trying to set up MV-Adapter Img2Texture on my Linux system, only to realize that it requires 2GB more VRAM than I have, and thus can never run. It's the name of the game, here.
