This is an example of one that I wouldn’t have expected to have come out so strongly for ‘low’. I guess this is an example that isn’t commonly found in the training data, so it took a (strong) guess.
Such a short text description makes it very difficult for this model and you are right the training did not include examples like yours. Rather the training text is from well intentioned actors describing what happened in a safety incident in a work setting where such comments would have negative consequences for the actor, unlike comments on a blog like this. A measure of confidence is definitely a good idea.
