Model accepted for eval, but does not appear in queue

Hello,
I am able to submit a model for eval and it appears in the queue, but after refreshing the page, the model is no longer visible.
Given I'm not getting an error when submitting the model, I'm wondering if anybody has any ideas on why the model isn't appearing in the queue after refreshing the page.
