크롤링한 뉴스 데이터를 전역 변수로 저장해서, 최초 한 번만 크롤링 되도록 합니다.
- Gradio demo가 올라온 상태(최초 한 번 크롤링 완료)에서 수동으로 크롤링하기 위해 크롤링을 시도하는 장치(ex. 버튼)이 필요합니다.
