Running on Zero

needs png without background

Also encountered this error even with the backgroundless pngs . I also used the sample images on the right side to test and still got this error

Getting the same error, with transparent PNGs and with the sample images. Anyone have any ideas?

Yes so I just tried a couple of times, first I had a transparent background - did not work. I changed it to a white background ( needs to be as white as possible) and then it worked.

Same. Even using example pic from “image to 3d gallery”🤣

does not work either with transparent png or white background, neithre with sample images... tried different resolutions and browsers...

Same for me, all the time get this error.

This error only not showing 3D model, but generate it. Swap to export, change number of facec, click transform and download. There will be your 3d model, but you cannot check it before cause of error

Throw my hat into the {"detail":"Not Found"} error bucket.

Like mentioned up, just remove background

Edit your photo even with Windows photo editor, there is fast function remove background (not so good but enough for AI). Save without background and finaly for me it works, right now there is no issue

Can generate anything eiter... even the default samples to the right dont work
Also worth noting, my network tab shows this
