License for MLXFluxUI and FLUX.1 [dev] Model

MLXFluxUI License

MLXFluxUI is a free, open-source, and non-commercial web interface for interacting with the FLUX.1 [dev] model. By using MLXFluxUI, you agree to comply with the terms of the FLUX.1 [dev] Non-Commercial License, which governs the use, distribution, and modification of the FLUX.1 [dev] model.

Non-Commercial Use

MLXFluxUI and the FLUX.1 [dev] model integrated within it are strictly for non-commercial use only. This means that neither MLXFluxUI nor the FLUX.1 [dev] model can be used in any project that directly or indirectly generates revenue or is used in any commercial production environments.

FLUX.1 [dev] Model License Terms

The FLUX.1 [dev] model is licensed by Black Forest Labs, Inc. under the FLUX.1 [dev] Non-Commercial License. All users of MLXFluxUI must adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the FLUX.1 [dev] Non-Commercial License, which include, but are not limited to:

  • The FLUX.1 [dev] model may only be used for personal, research, experimentation, or other non-commercial purposes.

  • Any outputs generated using the FLUX.1 [dev] model are not considered derivatives of the model and may be used for any purpose unless restricted by other laws.

  • Any modification or distribution of the FLUX.1 [dev] model or its derivatives must include the following attribution notice:

    "The FLUX.1 [dev] Model is licensed by Black Forest Labs, Inc. under the FLUX.1 [dev] Non-Commercial License. Copyright Black Forest Labs, Inc."

  • You must not imply that any modifications made to the FLUX.1 [dev] model are endorsed or approved by Black Forest Labs, Inc. unless you have received explicit authorization.

Termination of Use
