| MLXFluxUI and the FLUX.1 [dev] model integrated within it are strictly for **non-commercial use** only. This means that neither MLXFluxUI nor the FLUX.1 [dev] model can be used in any project that directly or indirectly generates revenue or is used in any commercial production environments. | |

| The FLUX.1 [dev] model is licensed by Black Forest Labs, Inc. under the FLUX.1 [dev] Non-Commercial License. All users of MLXFluxUI must adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the FLUX.1 [dev] Non-Commercial License, which include, but are not limited to: | |
